1 in 6 couples struggle to conceive and, in many cases, focusing on food and nutrition is a simple and effective approach to increasing the fertility of both men and women. It is important to make clear that there is no one diet or dietary component that can guarantee pregnancy, however, following a plant based diet can improve both ovulatory infertility and sperm development and movement and therefore improve chances of conception.

As 50% of infertility cases are related to male infertility, I believe in treating each couple as a whole and would encourage the male to attend the initial consultation with their partner.
